How to Cure Hemorrhoids : How to Lift Weights with Hemorrhoids

This video is about how to properly lift a heavy object when you’re suffering from hemorrhoids.  Doctor Susan Jewell begins by suggesting that you refrain from any heavy lifting in the case of severe hemorrhoids.  She proposes that you get a friend to help you.  If the condition is not severe, to lift a heavy box or weights at the gym, you should not bend at the waist, as you would normally do.  You should, instead, bend at the knees.  Once you have the heavy object in your hands in this crouching position, unbend your knees to straighten up, keeping your back straight at all times.  This lifting method decreases the compression and pressure on the lower pelvic area.
